At Rock Bottom's revamped happy hour, save $2 off any of the house-made beers. Even better: It runs from 11 to close every night.
At the risk of showing my age, it doesn’t seem that long ago that Bethesda’s Rock Bottom Brewery sold pints of its house-brewed ales for $1 at happy hour on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
Time and inflation have changed that special to $2 off the house beers (usually priced at about $5.35) — but at least the happy hour has been expanded to 5:00 to 7 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
You may be paying more, but Rock Bottom has tempered the sticker shock with a new late-night deal. From 11 p.m. to close every night, all beers are $2 cheaper than the regular price.
So, you can get one of Geoff Lively’s award-winning beers for around $3 or you can pay double that for a Miller Lite up the street. Not a hard decision.
