There's only 1 kind of Chicago-style hotdog
And... if there is more than one kind on the menu-- it's not a Chicago-style hot dog. Bottomline... As a Chicagoan who misses home, I would do anything to get a DC restaurant to put Scala's Itallian beef, a Chicago style dog, or a real Maxwell Street Polish on the menu!
