International Club of D.C. Halloween Party

Editorial Review

It seems like the right kind of party for a social group that draws many of its members from embassies and international institutions like the World Bank. The salsa lesson, which costs an extra $5, begins at 8:15, and the band begins playing at 9, with a DJ inbetween sets.

Costumes are not required, but attendees are asked to bring canned food, which will be donated to the Capitol Area Food Bank.
