This year's festival menu features paellas inspired by guest chef Rafael Vidal of Restaurante Levante in Valencia, Spain. Each Jaleo location will rotate daily paella specials that are priced between $34 and $50. Other festival specials include Spanish Horchata (a Valencia region foavorite made with Tiger Nut milk) and a specialty cocktail, the Valecia Fizz, which features Plymouth Gin, Benedictine and horchata.
