Absolute Addiction's "Scandalous Halloween Party" at Shadow Room is encouraging provocative outfits, but the setup seems standard enough: free drinks from 9 to 11 and a costume contests with $100 cash and a table reservation (with a bottle of liquor) for the most creative and most scandalous. However, a similar prize is given to the person who collects the most beads for acts of "scandalous behavior." Mardi Gras meets Halloween, apparently.
