Smoke and Barrel's mix of barbecue, bourbon and craft beer has made it a fixture on our itineraries over the past 12 months. At its one-year anniversary party, the Adams Morgan eatery will focus on what it does best. A quarter-slab of house-smoked barbecue ribs is $5. Everything on the stellar draft list, including DC Brau rarities, a trio of beers from California’s Firestone Walker brewery and even some Oktoberfest brews, is $5. And a selection of bourbons - think Four Roses Small Batch and Elijah Craig 12-year-old, not bottom-shelf blends - are $5 all night.
