Editorial Review

This 250-capacity club, which opened in 2004, offers edgy, adventurous, usually little-known indie bands in a funky-but-comfy upstairs space with mural-covered walls. Some bands are local, some are national and some travel a very long way (Japan, Australia, Iceland) for what must be a small payday: Cover charges range from $6 to $10. A good number of nights are given over to various dance parties, and even live shows tend to close out with late-night DJs.
