stuck in the nineties! So sad.
While I am glad that DC is finally moving beyond the standard lounge-pub-prep bar options, the proprietors of this place are so freaking cranky that I would rather spend my money on corner store Boones wine. Also, it is supposed to be a dive bar, but everyone is wearing the black tat uniform, like little soldiers of Williamsburg NY 10 years ago.
