An alumni-owned bar and pub, My Brother's Place is a natural hangout for Catholic University students as well as government workers and Hill staffers, thanks to a convenient Capitol Hill location and a welcoming atmosphere.

A hot spot around homecoming and on St. Patrick's Day, My Brother's Place also attracts university students year-round for its specials, which include $2.50 domestic bottled beer on Thursdays and $15 for all-you-can-drink draft beer on Saturdays. In addition to DJs and free giveaways on the weekend, My Brother's Place has half-price food specials every Monday, ideal for anyone's budget -- not just students.

Active Duty Nilitary Denied Entrance & Service

REFUSES TO SERVE ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY PERSONAL on 10/24/2009 3 ACTIVE DUTY SERVICE MEMBERS WENT HERE AND WERE TOLD BY OWNER AND 2 BOUNCERS " NO MILITARY PERSONAL ARE ALLOWED IN BAR AND REFUSED TO SERVE OUR SERVICEMEMBERS.... ALL MILITARY VETERANS TAKE NOTICE AND BOYCOTT THIS PLACE ON NOVEMBER 11th, MEMORIAL DAY AND ANY OTHER DAY WE ALL ARE IN OUR NATIONS CAPITAL? Is this not discrimination? I WILL NEVER SPEND ONE CENT IN HERE AGAIN...
