Just like its namesake

It has a great inexpensive lunch buffet M-F. The basic foods are fine but more variety on the buffet and all the sandwiches are solid. It has an unabashed smoking bar with Karaoke faithfuls FRI & SAT and lots of private meeting rooms. An institution in Vienna for many years with regular crows for lunch time, happy hour, karaoke, evening and weekend sporting event crowds. Lots of characters here from bikers to authors.
