A cheerful little lounge with friendly bartenders, plenty of TVs, live go-go and karaoke.

Visited Rose's Dream 09/01/09. Not the place for my girlfriend and me. Another associate invited us. We were very disappointed; use to an establishment with better customer service. Music too loud and everyone was talking loud to hear themselves over the music. Background music for the Karaoke singers was too loud to hear the singers. Moreover, the food is obtain (UNCOVERED) by going downstairs, out the door, past other customer, and brought back in. And how does a Caribbean restaurant mess up fried chicken (wingetts at that). No waitress on the main level; at least that is what the bartender said even though we saw one. You had to obtain drinks yourself by going to the bar and getting the attention of the bartender. Not good Experience
