Cozy cigar lounge and restaurant is popular with young professionals.

Ok, this will sound crazy, since Shelley's is a cigar lounge, and you'd expect it to be smoky. But what with the money they make, they could easily invest in a much better ventilation system. I do enjoy a good cigar, but I don't relish the side-stream smoker of 100 other cigars crowding out the taste and smell of my own cigar. There is no ventilation system evacuating the smoke--it just hovers there, day to day.
