Carol Brown Goldberg has been a player on the Washington art scene since the 1970s, but she may be having her best -- or at least her busiest -- year yet, with one local show after another, including “The Color of Time,” a collaborative video installation made with filmmaker Anthony Szulc, that just closed at the American University Museum.
And the year isn’t over yet.
"Carol Brown Goldberg: New Work" runs through Jan. 11 at Addison/Ripley Fine Art. The show is another opportunity to check out the work of the abstract painter whose op-art-like canvases thrum with the music of the cosmos.
