On Saturday from 6 to 9 p.m., the Arlington Arts Center will host a reception for “Options 2013.” Begun in 1981, the biennial exhibition series is a production of the Washington Project for the Arts, which this year is honoring 16 area artists, selected by Gerald Ross of the Maryland Institute College of Art.
The showcase always includes a wide variety of media, and this year is no exception. “Options” includes work by painter Magnolia Laurie, photographer Mark Parascandola and sculptor Millicent Young.
