Kid-Friendly Restaurants in the DC Area

I've got three little monsters that make eating out tough - these places worked for them (and us)!

1.

This place is amazing for kids. First, there's tons of aquariums all over the place. Second, there's a good kids menu that includes a free appetizer of carrots/salad/celery for them to munch on. Third, our waitress told the kids if they finished their meals, they could have a free toy of their choice. Combine those things with decent food, fun drinks, and free hushpuppies, this place is great!

2.

Amazingly kid-friendly. They supposedly have a kids' dining room downstairs, but we've only been for lunch.

3.

The kids enjoyed the pizza here and the balls of dough to play with.

4.

Innovative kids' menu and lots of things to play "I Spy" with at this place..

5.

This place make s a special effort to keep children happy. Plus, there's nothing more fun than seeing the kids' faces when the giant slice of chocolate cake arrives at the end of the meal!

6.

While stollers compete for a spot outside, this place was very appealing to the children, who liked the food, the atmosphere, and the playground across the street.

7.

While this place is upscale, the kids' menu is very innovative. Plus, they bring out donuts to eat before the food comes!

8.

Yeah, the food isn't fantastic here. But the bar has great drinks and there's an indoor playground! Plus the kids' menu is very innovative. Hard to beat this place in terms of kid-friendly.
