DJ Carl Cox was on the forefront of the acid house movement in the mid-to-late '80s, garnering attention for his edgy remixes as well as his penchant for playing on three turntables as once. Having refashioned himself as a techno and Chicago house turntablist, Cox continues to play at the world's biggest clubs, and has been popular with crowds at Buzz (and Cubik) for years.

Drum 'n' bass DJs Breakage and Ransom are also on the bill, along with DJs Nemo (techno) and Nysus (mashups).

Of course, this is also Buzz's annual Halloween costume contest, which sees some of the most outlandish and eye-catching getups in the area. If you've got a flamboyant outfit, this is the time to show it off: $500 in cash prizes go to the winners.
