Lion and dragon dancers, clowns, drummers and musicians announce the arrival of the Year of the Tiger. The festival includes traditional dances, music, a parade at 2 p.m. and the lighting of a five-story firecracker at 3:45 p.m.
The festival takes place along H and I streets NW, between Sixth and Eighth streets.
