Washington's best restaurants offer three-course meals at discounted rates.
Check dcfoodies.com for the restaurants menu before making a reservation. You'll find the deal is usually equivalent to them throwing in a free appetizer or dessert on their regular menu prices. And really, how many times do you order dessert at a Brazilian steakhouse? If you usually share an appetizer and don't do desserts when you dine, your paying the same price. I made the most out of it by going to Bistro Bis. The full menu is on special, unlike most places. The prices are actually significantly cheaper then menu. The appetizer, entree, AND dessert was delicious. I didn't run into any problems like the previous commentor. Price was as advertised.
