Dewey favorites Mr. Greengenes are featured at Hi-Ball's annual Halloween bash, while DJ Pat Premier works the basement. Since it's Halloween, there's a huge costume contest with cash prizes: $200 for first place, $100 for second and $50 each for third place and most original. Arrive early, because the price rises during the night, and lines get extra long -- a 30-45-minute wait is not uncommon at prime time.
