Our Review

From Memphis ribs and Texas brisket to North Carolina pork BBQ and even Florida 'gator ribs, everything is on the fire at the annual Barbecue Battle. The event also features cooking demonstrations, the "sampling pavilion" and a tented entertainment stage. Proceeds from the event go to the Boys & Girls Club.
