Every Sunday night, Bartender Tiffany Short turns the Gibson's cozy back patio into U Street's coolest tiki bar, pulling three classics from an old Trader Vic's bartending guide, including blended and frozen cocktails. "I'm going to try to find stuff that's really wild, to make you feel like you're on vacation," she says. Drinks will go for $8 to $12 each, in line with the Gibson's other cocktails.

Father's day Tiki

My son brought us here Sunday to finish off father's day. Sat at the outside bar with Tiffany, she made us some of the best original drinks we've ever had. It was fun listening about the history of tiki drinks, she takes alot of care in what she does.
