The details matter like a place to sit your food as you strive to get condiments or a srink from one of those fancy new drink machines (it doesn't exist), the ability to actually print your tix at home rather than just reserve them and then stand in line at the theatre to pick them up, hot food that is actually hot, and wow, restrooms that have toilet paper and are serviced regularly, with a mnagamement when notified doesn't repond that someone had been assigned to that restroom. Net, great potential, mediocre operations.
I don't mind spending more for a ticket when the theater is this nice and the seats are this comfortable; and the ability to reserve your seat online is a plus. It is the food prices that stopped me from giving the theater four stars.
