Fountainhead Regional Park is located at the widest point of Lake Occoquan, a 22-mile-long lake. It affords a perfect opportunity for water-sport enthusiasts. Boat ramps and boat rentals are available at the marina. For the land lovers, there is access to the Bull Run-Occoquan Trail for hiking and horseback riding. No bikes are allowed on this trail, but there are 4.5 miles of mountain-biking trails.
