I haven't really been to too many IMAX theaters, but this one seems to be relatively small. The screen is huge but the theater itself is small, that is. I think the sound is ok but not as great as I expected. The volume is loud but not quite surround. I was there once and not too impressed, but it's located inside the Air & Space Museum and there are a lot of other cool stuff to see and to do there. Sometimes they also have free showing of flight related films on special occasions.
