Hoffman Goes Down

On December 19,2008 I went to the Hoffman Theater to see a movie. And, to my suprise, I could not believe how dirty the theater was. In front of the food counter up stairs laid napkins were someone had waste their drink (s). In addition, I stood in line for approxiately 45min before I was waited on. And, most of all theater #7 was extremely dirty from the previous movie and it appeared that the staff had not cleaned up. The theater was so dirty, that i was not confortable, therefore, I did not stay to finish watching the movie for fear that something was going to run across me, i.e. mous

The first time i entered the Hoffman Center, i was like, Wow! This is a big place. I was suprized that the place was so clean and the customer service was very helpfull. The theater rooms are by far the best i have seen in both Mayland and Virginia. The seats are especially comfy; not to mention the arm rests fold back. I enjoyed the movie and the whole Hoffman Theater experience. I recommend this place to any one.

Integrity. I was beginning to think it was a lost ideal. A recent experience at AMC Hoffman Center 22 rekindled my hope. I went to see the latest James Bond film...and somehow lost my wallet. By the time I realized it was gone, I was already at home. I called the theatre and talked to the manager on duty. When I asked him if anything had been turned in, he said no. THAT was not a surprise. I fully expected to have lost everything. I asked if he could check the auditorium for me and he agreed. When he called me back about 20 minutes later, he had some good news...he had my wallet. When I picked it up, all of my $3437 in cash was there. "God Bless" is all he said.
