Editorial Review

At Loews Centerpark 8, you won't end up in a closet-like theater with a screen the size of a big TV. This relatively modern complex, which opened Memorial Day 1993, has eight theaters that all have large screens. And the seating capacity diminishes only slightly from 380 to 250 seats. Four of the theaters offer SDDS for sound; two of these have THX certification. Parking in the lot is plentiful, and the theater is easily accessible from Interstate 95.

Take Time for a "Funny" Romantic Movie

THE PROPOSAL is really worth seeing. Why? We need some positive stories, rich laughter, great settings [supposedly Alaska, though the credits say "Massachusetts"--NO PROBLEM! Massachusetts' rural settings are a sight to behold] and the wonderful cinematography puts us right into a beautiful place--away from this sad, worn, weary world we're living in. Sandra Bullock is a great comic actress, and her co-star is a wonderful complement. Five Stars!
