Our Review

The nine screens in this Loews theater are located in a separate building a short walk from the mall. The spacious lobby features a concession stand on each side. Hawking carts are also used for those in a hurry to get to their seats. The theaters fill three sides of the building, which opened in 1991. The two biggest houses have large screens and seat about 270 and 320 people. The other theaters, each with medium-sized screens, accommodate 165 to 235. Parking is free and plentiful around the theater building. The closest mall entrance is near the food court. Other restaurants are located in and around the Towne Center.

What an upgrade!

When I walked into the theater after not having been there for a good while I was pleasantly surprised by the extremely comfortable chairs, kicking sound system and varied snacks. This is now, once again, one of my favorite places to see a film. Hallelujah!!

The new renovations are really nice, with the large reclining seats. However, the huge seats means each theater holds a lot less people. Get there early or you will not get a seat. The drinks machines will be a problem. PPl will want to sample every flavor. Concessions are high, but they are everywhere these days.
