My fiance and I went to see Men in Black in Imax on May 27, 2012 at the Magic Johnson theater in Largo for the 4:00 pm show. As loud as Imax movies are we along with the rest of the viewers could not enjoy the show because a young women with two small children were there and she alowed her children to run between the isle and play and make loud noises. I believe that there should be ushers inside each theaters to keep to noise level down and escort these individuals out of the theater if they cannot control their children and/or the noise level. The attendants that work there should not have a problem being ushers because they just stand around and talk to each other most of the time.
My family and I travel from Germany to see my mother and sister. I serve in the US Army. I decided to take my wife to see "The Thing" on 10/19/2011 to the 10:00 P.M. showing. My Mom watched the kids. half way through the film the lights were flickered of and on and we told we had to leaved and issued free passed to come back. We could not see the rest of the film , yet everyone in the theater could still here their perspective films playing. What the heck. We pay $22.00 to see a film and then get kicked out . The young lady says the following as all the patrons begin to walk out the theaters" you already know" what the hell does that mean. When you pay for a service, you are suppose to get the proper service. I want my money back.
