Great Buildup, but Weak Ending

The Call had a very good build up. The 911 call center scenes were fascinating. The highway chase and the 911 call with the girl in the car was very intense. However, you knew the movie would end badly with Halle Berry driving alone out to the maniac's former house. The ending was just too easy with Halle Berry saying "It's already done!"
