Looking for an alternative to the Air and Space museums on the Mall or out by Dulles? This Greenbelt locale is a half-hour outside the city and is the closest thing the area has to Cape Canaveral. There are exhibits showing off Hubble Space Telescope images as well as a collection of artifacts from the history of NASA. There's also a video show where you get to see images projected on an oversize globe. The wizardry of it confounds us, but it's cool nonetheless.
