Northampton Plantation is a residential subdivision now, but for almost three centuries it was a large tobacco plantation. This site contains two former slave cabins: a partially reconstructed brick structure and the foundations of a log cabin. The ruins are furnished with interpretive signs for self-guided touring. The site is open during daylight hours.
