A year ago, Lady Antebellum's music may have been best suited to the soundtrack of a Jennifer Aniston romcom. But in The Post's recent Spring Arts Preview, pop music critic Chris Richards noted that the band has changed its tunes for the better. Of the band's May 20 date at Merriweather Post Pavilion, he writes: "Something borderline-miraculous happened on 'Own the Night,' the co-ed country trio's platinum third album. Their corny country tunes became undeniably anthemic. With songs finally worthy of a 17,000-person singalong, joining in should feel like a thrill and a relief."
