Lafayette, La.'s Red Stick Ramblers drew a raucous response -- and literally sparked dancing in the aisles -- during their opening set. Their loose, propulsive sound was keyed by twin fiddles and Chas Justus's stinging, Django Reinhardt-inspired guitar. That the Ramblers cycled easily from western swing to old-time country to Cajun stomps only added to their joyous vibe.
