Classical music can be an intimidating genre for those who aren't experts, but Christoper O'Riley and Matt Haimovitz are helping new listeners make inroads. Pianist O'Riley is luring fans with two albums of his own interpretation of Radiohead songs, while also re-imagining the likes of Nirvana, Portishead and the Smiths. Cellist Haimovitz is as likely to be heard in a concert hall as a small rock club. Both are virtuoso talents with a flair for modern touches and will perform works by Bach, Radiohead and Stravinsky as part of an 8 p.m. program at George Mason University's Center for the Arts.
