The Furious 5

Please note: This event has already occurred.
To call hip-hop pioneers the Furious 5 influential would be a huge understatement. Originally backed by Grandmaster Flash in the late 1970s and early '80s, the group wrote such socially conscious hits as "The Message" and "White Lines (Don't Do It)." They were the first rappers to win a Grammy award, have toured with everyone from U2 to the Clash and have been sampled and referenced by countless hip-hop artists.
