The Malian guitar virtuoso and son of the legendary Ali Farka Toure creates entire soundscapes with his fretboard. And even if most of his lyrics are sung in African dialects, the resulting blend of music and language is almost hypnotic. It also possesses crossover potential: His latest album, "The Secret," was produced by Soulive's Eric Krasno with appearances by Dave Matthews, John Scofield and Derek Trucks. Doors open at 7 p.m.
