Great food service

This Phillips Seafood Restaurant is nothing like the two buffets in the area. There is no buffet, but the food is good and the service is even better. I have received nothing but stellar service on each of my visits. Not every dish is perfect...the shrimp scampi could use some improvements, but it is a nice place overall.
