My husband and I stop by all the time to just pick up takeout. The people are pleseant and do not mind explaining what is in the dish. Great place to try ou Ethiopian food.
I had the "Balestra." Apparently this is the Italian term for the chassis of a car. In translation, it perfectly descibes the size of this Flint Stones Stegasaurus piece of meat. Completely filling the plate these two gigantic bone a full of the tastiest grilled beef you could ever want. Slathered in grilled onions and peppers, everyone sitting in eye distance begins salivating and asking what it is. There are a variety of dipping sauces for the meat which you could never finish on your own. I hear that this dish is similar to "goden tibs" and is not always available. After dinner I caught this incredible African drumming and dancing band that evolved with the crowd to Hip Hop and Regaee music. Spectacular night! After dinner I enjoyed
