you go to a pizza buffet for lunch and you expect some variety, but you get the standard fare here (cheese, pepperoni, maybe another basic pie) -- even after making a specific request for one with particular toppings (nothing crazy, just different, especially since they have them available -- spinach, onions). also -- the waitstaff seemed so carefree and lame, I thought I was at a funeral home. PEP UP PEOPLE!
While we have been ordering from Armand's for quite some time because their deep dish is "okay" for when we're in the mood for it...it's definitely not something you'd expect it to be since it's something it says it is. Dry, poor customer service and LOOOOONG delivery times. I can't imagine that they're that busy since most of their stores are closing in DC...especially on a Sunday evening. We ordered tonight and it's been will over an hour and our food still isn't here. If you're in there area of Wisconsin Ave., there are plenty of other tasty, more timely pizza kitchens in the area...I'd recommend them moreover.
