NOTE: The restaurant offers an all-you-can-eat Sunday brunch buffet.

The Banana Cafe is a trip. It's a tropical dining room that pulsates with lime green, tangerine and pink walls hung with paintings by the owner and local artists, with the doorway outlined in tiny lights. If for nothing else, it's become famous in the neighborhood for its margaritas. Much of the menu is made up of Tex-Mex staples - enchiladas, tacos, tamales, burritos, quesadillas and fajitas.

Salsa & Margaritas Can't be Beat!

This has the best salsa out there - and the margaritas are very tasty. If you like Cuban food, they do a very good job with the ropa vieja and piccadillo. Definitely worth checking out if you like tex-mex/spanish/cuban food!
