Avoid completely. Overpriced in terms of both quality and quantity; service is lousy. Waiter rushed us through the first half hour, ignored us for the second. Had to ask a busboy for the check. Overheard another waiter explain his own slow service with, "I don't have wings." The menu borders on deception: The scallop "entree" is three average-sized scallops. The port wine sauce that comes with the stuffed chicken tastes like store-bought beef gravy with some wine mixed in. For half the price you can get better food, and more of it, at someplace like Macaroni Grill or Carrabba’s. Or try one of the smaller independent Italian restaurants in Bethesda. Olazzo’s, Positano’s and especially La Panetteria all put Bice to shame.
