My friend and I went for restaurant week and had the worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant. Our waiter took over 15mins to take our drink order, our entrees took 2 HOURS to make, the manager said the cooks didn’t hear our order and simply skipped us. The food was so horrible neither my friend nor I finished a single serving. And the manager tried to convince us to take gift cards to return for during their lunch hours because politicians are known to show. How professional is it that he would try to name drop people in order to make business. I will never return to Bobby Van's again.
