Over Cooked
Loving good barbecue, I decided to take an out of town friend to Bubbas's this past weekend. What a disappointment. I had the 1/4 chicken and ribs platter. Both were over cooked and dry. The chicken especially lacked flavor. Maybe this was an off night for Bubba's or the food had been setting in a warming oven in the kitchen for too long. I don't know, but it will be a while before I try Bubba's again. Even the barbecue beans were uninspiring.
