We chose this restaurant based on its location and the good reviews. However, the menu seemed much more limited than what is posted online. The calamari appetizer was overcooked, hard, and served cold. Terrible low grade(not sashimi quality as advertised ) cut of tuna, which was stringy, raw and served with an unappetizing tan sauce over burned ( over- grilled) pineapple and broccoli. Nice little space for a restaurant and it was packed, maybe it had an off night or else it has lost its chef? We were among the first in the pre-show early dinner rush , and noticed no one else was being served meals by the time we were finishing up, very few wait staff. I doubt we will return and give it another chance.
I ordered the steak nicoise salad--it was unlike any nicoise salad I've had. (That's a staple in Paris.) There was one bit of lettuce covered by very greasy, chewy steak, and a few potatoes and green beans. Really disappointing. My friend had the salmon. It was good.
