Visit this Vienna coffee shop for coffees roasted in-house (a rarity), gourmet brewing methods including hand-poured coffees, and for events such as "club night," when guests are welcome to hang out, play board games, and listen to records.
As a coffee lovers who have lived in Vienna for 25 years, Caffe Amouri is the best of both worlds. The owner and staff are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about coffee, helping us to find roasts that are to my liking. There is a wonderful community feel to the place and it is located in the center of town. There are various events that take place including music and the new Penny University that has different themes every week. The coffee is phenomenal and rivals more expensive coffee and it is roasted on site so it is very local! We love this place. Check it out.
Finally a cool little, low-key coffee shop in Vienna VA. When I stumbled in I wasn't sure, but have been back many times since to pick up a cup or hang out to talk with people.
