Highly recommend; really excellent. Agree with bene328 that wine pairings are always thoughtful. Disagree with Mark2005 about undercooked chicken; might look undercooked to many because most chicken is woefully overcooked, but Cashion's knows how to serve it just right -- flavorful because cooked enough to be completely safe, not all the way to tasteless.
