Best meal in DC in 20 years!

We ordered “rosticciana” (Tuscan pork ribs) at Dino’s this evening. The best meal we’ve had in DC in 20 years! We’ve eaten this dish in Tuscany, Italy many times but have never had it prepared so tastily as it was here. You’ll be hard pressed to find a restaurant more intent on pleasing its clientele than this one. Definitely try it out!

Authentically delicious

We have dined at Dino's many times and always find it interesting and delicious. Dean is very enthusiastic about making the menu seasonal, using very high quality local ingredients whenever possible The waitstaff is helpful and pleasant and very knowledgeable about the extensive wine list.

Delicious and Different

Earlier this year, a friend was visiting from the midwest and asked me to select a restaurant where we could meet near her hotel. I've been to most of the places around Cleveland Park, but not Dino. What a find! We each had the three-course dinner, which gave us very different options, and very generous pours of house wine. It was one of my best dinner experiences in DC, and I will be back frequently.

Save the airfare to Italy!!!

Not only is the food the best I've had since my trip to Italy, the owners are so nice and dedicated. The food was fresh, locally grown and the meats/fish was sustainable and cruelty free. Sauces are lovingly brought to life. They have the BEST LASAGNA anywhere! I only wish I could give them 10 stars!! Try their 'cellos -- delicious!!

Fun, lively and fresh in Cleveland Park

I attended a beer dinner with another foodie / beer friend a few months ago and we had a great time! It was our first time at Dino and the communal atmosphere was fun and lively. I think we chose a fun table too as it brought people together who might not normally have a conversation. Eating is inherently a social endeavor, and Dino has captured that with these events. The food was fresh and simple, just as good Italian cooking should be. If you like local sourcing, definitely try this place out as you'll be supporting local growers, farmers, fishers, etc. as well.
