All of the ingredients are top-shelf and the combos are spot-on at Earl's. You go up to the cash register to order and pay (be sure to request a pickle spear if you want one) and get your bottled or canned beverage (or iced tea or lemonade from urns) and then wait for your name to be called for to-go or eat-in orders. (I recommend calling ahead if you know what you want). There are daily specials on a blackboard, and breakfast is also served all day and is a great value. When you order a sandwich made with turkey, it's like the post-Thanksgiving sandwiches from home - no deli-shaved meat. Great vegetarian options, awesome fries, and The Washington Post is always there to read while you wait or eat. A bit pricey, but worth every penny!
