This small dessert cafe whips up some of the most amazing cakes in the area along with frozen hot chocolate.
Alan, their CEO provided terrible customer service and was outright rude to us at our wedding cake tasting. Sure, the company has a bunch of accolades, but so do a lot of other local cake vendors and those vendors are actually nice to you! We're not giving him our wedding business, and will definitely not stop into any of their stores for anything else. We had picked out three cake flavors to try. While we were at the tasting, Alan asked us if there were any others that that we wanted to try. He didn’t mention until later that he would CHARGE us for this cake! Who does that at a tasting! At the end of the tasting, it was as though he couldn’t get us out fast enough. There is way too much local competition to treat your customers this way!
