Went with a friend to Eola for dinner on October 30 and was very impressed. Inventive but accessible menu, professional/friendly staff, reasonable prices for its range. The risotto and steak were particularly notable.
Eola is now in my top restaurants in DC. I've been there twice, and both experiences were excellent. Porcini risotto, crispy pork belly...the grouper reminded me of Le Bernadin. Wine list may be small, but it is deep, and there are plenty of steals. Keep up the great work!
I ate at Eola last weekend and was blown away. It was one of the best restaurant experiences I have ever had.
The Hereford Beed dish is to die for
